The Cetina River Spring (Izvor Cetine), also known as the Eye Of The Earth, is a spectacular karst spring in Croatia, located at the foothills of the Dinara mountain range.
The Eye Of The Earth in Croatia got its name because it appears from above to be a blue-green dragon eye.
The Izvor Cetine source is an incredibly beautiful hidden gem in Croatia, and it ranks first on the list of Croatia’s coolest and most unique places.

From the spring to the Mediterranean, the Cetina River flows above ground. Several of the springs are beautiful pots from which water emerges from deep below, and they have an otherworldly blue color.
The spring in the northern part of Cetina, at the foot of Cetina Manastir, is the most impressive of those Vaucluse-style springs (Monastery of Cetina).
It has a deep pot that is actually a cave shaft filled with water that is at least 100m deep, and some say it is even 125m deep. On the various picture sites, there are dozens of beautiful pictures to be found.
